Ismét készítettem párat ezekből a nagyon egyszerű joghurtos fánkocskákból. Annyira gyorsan elkészül, hogy mire eldöntöm, megsüssem-e, már kész is van :) Bármilyen házilekvárral jóízű, ma ezt a különleges céklalekvárt bontottam hozzá.
Levettem mellé a kamra polcról egy üveg levendulás citromfűszörpöt is, finom vasárnapi uzsonna lett belőle.
360 gr lisztet elkeverek egy csomag sütőporral, két evőkanál cukorral és egy csipetnyi sóval.
Hozzáadok két közepes tojást és két kis pohár (280 gr) natúr joghurtot.
Fakanállal kikeverem az egészet galuska állagú tésztává.
Evőkanállal forró olajba szaggatom, pár perc alatt mindkét oldalát aranyra sütöm.
Még forrón megszórom egy csomag vaníliás cukor és egy csapott teáskanál fahéj keverékével.
20 db lesz belőle.
